2022 Sub-Regional East Asia Security Sector Governance Forum

On the sidelines of the regional forum, the three sub-regions of the Asia-Pacific SSG Network convened separately on 27 September to discuss issues pertinent to their sub-regions. Representatives from APU’s partner institutions in East Asia met for the sub-regional East Asia forum where they discussed how SSG/R relates to specific forums of security, namely climate security and cybersecurity, as well as to dynamics in the Taiwan Strait and on the Korean peninsula.
